THE FIRE OF LIFE BURNS EVEN IN HARD STONE

Munchmuseum, 2003

The performance is inspired by Edvard Munch’s art and writing (notes) linked to his creative process and understanding of reality, where life and art are joined as one. The chosen paintings and texts concern the perception of the moment that challenges our terms for reality and truth. Interpretations and associations are created through music, dance and theatre in a juxtaposed dramaturgy.
